Platinum “R” Floor for Logan Homes
Platinum “R” Floor puts a structural plywood floor and its insulation into one panel, so a suspended or upper floor goes down already insulated. It suits double-storey homes in Logan’s new estates and raised floors on acreage blocks, and we supply SIP floor panels for Logan builds right across the city.
ClimateLine for Logan’s Modular and Commercial Builds
ClimateLine is a powder-coated pre-finished plasterboard, and Platinum Timber & Ply is its exclusive national distributor. Because it arrives finished, it suits relocatable and modular manufacturers, and builders fitting out clinics, childcare centres and accommodation. It is also used in modular manufacturing, where walls are finished inside the factory.
