Platinum “R” Floor on the Sunshine Coast
Platinum “R” Floor is our structural insulated floor panel, with plywood skins around an insulated core in one sheet. It suits hillside homes in Maleny and Montville as much as double-storey homes in the coast’s new estates, and we supply SIP floor panels to Sunshine Coast builders from Caloundra to Noosa.
ClimateLine for Sunshine Coast Fit-Outs
We’re the exclusive national distributor of ClimateLine, a powder-coated pre-finished plasterboard for walls and ceilings. Sunshine Coast builders use it to skip the plastering and painting stage in clinics, childcare centres, accommodation and offices.

Flooring for Sunshine Coast Homes
Under the finished floor, Ecoply PlyFloor plywood flooring gives a pre-sanded structural sheet floor with a tongue and groove joint. On top, our hardwood tongue and groove flooring comes in Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Brushbox, Tallowwood and Ironbark for coastal and hinterland homes alike.
Hardwood and Decking for Sunshine Coast Outdoor Spaces
Pelican Waters showed what the coast asks of outdoor timber: it has to hold up to exposure and still look right. For homes, we supply hardwood timber decking for poolside, wet and exposed areas, Platinum Pre-Finished Merbau Decking, coated before it reaches site, and F27 structural hardwood, Durability Class 1 and kiln dried, for posts, beams, screening and stairs.
Plywood Supplies Sunshine Coast
Our plywood range covers structural plywood, non-structural CD plywood, exterior hardwood plywood for semi-exposed work, polyester faced plywood with a scratch and water resistant face, and film faced plywood, all available cut to size.
