Suited to Scenic Rim Building Conditions
The Scenic Rim’s sites vary from valley floors to mountain ridges, and Platinum “R” Floor sits over the framing on each of them:
- Ridgetop and exposed sites: elevated homes like Bunburra, where the floor underside is open to wind and weather.
